Iliana Rodriguez
Office Manager

Iliana Rodriguez has been working for Dr. Fried for over twelve years. She began working with Dr. Fried at Hackensack University Medical Center in the Pediatric Neuroscience Institute in 1997. She then joined Advanced Neurosurgery associates in 2006, as the Office Manager.

Some of her responsibilities are as follows:

• Surgical Coordinator for the surgeries that take place at Hackensack University Medical Center, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, St. Peter's University Hospital, St. Barnabas Medical Center, and White Plains Hospital.
• Arranging meetings and conferences for Dr. Arno Fried and Dr. Mostafa El Khashab
• Overseeing the clerical staff
• Billing
• Accounting
• Payroll

Iliana is very content at the Office Manager of Advanced Neurosurgery Associates and plans on being part of the practice for a very long time to come.
