Iliana Rodriguez
Practice Manager

Iliana Rodriguez has been working with Dr. Arno Fried for over 20 years. She began working with Dr. Fried at Hackensack University Medical Center in the Pediatric Neuroscience Institute in 1997. She then joined Advanced Neurosurgery Associates in 2006 as Office Manager.

Rodriguez’s responsibilities include serving as Surgical Coordinator for the surgeries that take place at Hackensack University Medical Center, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, St. Peter’s University Hospital, St. Barnabas Medical Center, and White Plains (NY) Hospital.

In addition, Rodriguez arranges meetings and conferences for Dr. Fried and Dr. Mostafa El Khashab; oversees the clerical staff and does the billing, accounting, and payroll.
